Cook now, eat later
Prepare time-saving recipes in advance if you know you have a busy week coming up. Soups, stews, casseroles and lasagne are all fantastic dishes that can be frozen and reheated when needed. In general, cooked food can be frozen for up to 1-2 months, making your life so much easier! Simply remove from the freezer and re-heat. If you have a Thermomix® TM6, you could also try using the Slow Cook mode to prepare some deeply flavourful autumn favourites to enjoy during the week.
