  • 240 g tinned haricot beans, rinsed, drained (1 x 400 g tin)
  • 100 g tinned pinto beans, rinsed, drained
  • 250 g beef mince, broken in pieces
  • 400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp tomato purée
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • olive oil, for greasing
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • salad leaves, for serving
