  • 500 g pork fillet, trimmed, sliced 1 cm
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt, plus extra for seasoning pork
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper, plus extra for seasoning pork
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
