  • 250 g spelt grains
    or 250 g wheat grains
  • 1250 g water
  • 10 g honey (optional)
  • 20 g fresh yeast crumbled
    or 2 tsp dried instant yeast (7 g)
  • 50 g baker's flour plus extra for dusting
  • 10 g balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
    or 60 - 80 g mixed seeds (e.g. pumpkin seeds, linseeds)
