- 10 sprigs fresh parsley, leaves only

- 2 garlic cloves
- 600 g pork mince (see tip)

- 15 fresh basil leaves, torn in pieces
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 - 3 pinches ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Steaming Meatballs and Potato Purée
- 800 g floury potatoes, peeled, cut in pieces (2-3 cm)
- 200 g milk
- 40 g unsalted butter, cut in pieces
- ¼ - ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ - 1 tsp salt
- ¼ - ½ tsp ground black pepper
