  • 30 - 40 g flaked almonds to taste

  • 60 g dry Marsala wine
  • 60 g dry white wine
  • 120 g sugar
  • 5 saffron threads
  • 6 egg yolks from medium eggs
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt
