  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ - 1 fresh red chilli, deseeded if preferred and halved
  • 400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch ground smoked paprika
  • ¼ - ½ tsp fine sea salt, to taste
  • 800 - 850 g small potatoes, peeled and cut in pieces (2-3 cm)
  • 500 g chorizo, thinly sliced
