  • 200 g whole mixed nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • 300 g stale bread, diced (approx. 1 cm)
  • 100 g mixed seeds (e.g. pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds)
  • 1 tsp curry powder (hot)
  • 40 g balsamic vinegar
  • 30 g honey

  • 600 g courgettes
  • 15 g fresh root ginger, thinly sliced
  • 600 g water
  • 1 ½ - 2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1 tsp whole allspice berries
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 50 g nettles
  • fresh mixed herbs, to taste, cut in pieces
