  • 250 g sweet potatoes, peeled, diced (2-3 cm)
  • 100 g broccoli, cut in florets (3-4 cm)
  • fine sea salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped, to garnish
