  • 250 g carrots, cut in sticks (5 cm x 0.5 cm)
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp dried sage
  • 2 Tbsp fresh oregano
  • 3 Tbsp mint leaves
  • 1000 g water
  • 100 g quinoa grains
  • 250 g wild rice mix
  • 6 spring onions, cut in pieces
    or 60 g shallots, cut in pieces
  • 120 g red peppers, diced (1 cm)
  • 2 - 3 limes, zest and juice, to taste
