Shredded Brussels Sprouts Salad with Bacon and Cranberries

Typically boiled or steamed, sprouts are considered an essential addition to the Christmas table. Here we serve them raw, shredded and mixed with lardons and cranberries in a delicious salad that is perfect served with cold cuts on Boxing Day.

A Very Thermomix® Christmas

At this time of year, Thermomix® really comes into its own. Homemade food is one of the greatest joys of Christmas, and for many, planning festive bakes and dishes is all part of the excitement. Yet, with so many other commitments, and an abundance of ready-made options in the shops, it can be tempting to choose convenience over quality. With Thermomix®, homemade food is not only tastier, healthier and cheaper than shop bought, it’s also much easier to prepare when compared with traditional cooking methods.

A Very Thermomix® Christmas is full of traditional Christmas recipes and step-by-step guides to help you during the busy festive period. With prep ahead recipes and the best way to cook your turkey, we will make sure Christmas day is stress-free so you can enjoy time with your loved ones.

The Magical Centrepiece

Thermomix® Traditions

  • Our favourite Christmas family tradition… - UK and Ireland Team Leader Clare Ball

Each month, we put aside some money so that when December arrives, (some of us…) dress up in Christmas jumpers & hats on Christmas Eve and go (willingly!) very early, to the supermarket! My boys (24, 22,& 19!) fill their own trolley, with anything they choose, which has evolved over the years from fizzy pop, sweets and chocolate, to alcohol, crisps and candles!! Whereas my husband and I fill ours with fruit, veg, turkey and gin!!!
