  • 20 4 - 5 sprigs fresh mixed herbs (e.g. coriander, parsley), leaves only
  • 20 g wine vinegar
  • 20 g lemon juice, freshly squeezed, (optional)
  • 60 g rocket leaves
  • 20 g pine nuts
