  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning® (see tip)
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 450 - 500 g crab meat
  • vegetable oil, for frying
