Ingredients

Caesar dressing

  • 120 g light olive oil
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, cut into pieces (approx. 3 cm)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 anchovy fillets, drained
  • 50 g mayonnaise (see Tips)
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Chicken pasta salad

  • 1700 g boiling water
  • 300 g dried spiral pasta
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 500 g chicken tenderloins
  • 1 - 2 pinches salt
  • 1 - 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 200 g bacon, cut into pieces (1-2 cm)
  • 1 - 2 spring onions/shallots, cut into pieces
  • 8 - 12 leaves cos lettuce, cut into pieces (3-4 cm)
  • Parmesan cheese, shaved, for garnishing
