Ingredients

  • 24 raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 80 g brown onions, cut into halves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g cucumbers, cut into pieces
  • 1 lemon, cut into slices, each slice quartered
  • 500 g water
  • 1 heaped tsp Vegetable stock paste (refer to the recipe in The Basic Cookbook)
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 200 g full cream milk
  • 40 g plain flour
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, leaves only (optional)
