Ingredients
- 1 stalk fresh lemon grass white part only, cut in pieces
- 1 onion halved
- 4 garlic cloves
- 8 macadamia nuts
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 5 cm fresh root ginger peeled
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
