  • ½ orange finely grated zest and juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 fresh salmon fillet, skinless boneless (approx. 600 g)
    or frozen salmon fillet defrosted (approx. 600 g)
  • 5 sprigs fresh thyme
  • ½ orange skin on, cut in thin half-moon slices

Broccoli Couscous

  • 550 g broccoli florets
  • 10 g unsalted butter
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 50 g water
