  • 1 ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 80 g fresh button mushrooms, halved
  • 80 g broccoli, cut in pieces (3 cm)
  • 120 g courgettes, cut in pieces (3 cm)
  • 50 g red onion, quartered
  • 40 g Emmental cheese, cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 80 g pancetta, cubed
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 60 g plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 180 g milk
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Scrambled Eggs and Fruit Yoghurt

  • 6 medium eggs
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 20 g milk
  • 30 g double cream
  • 30 g unsalted butter, cut in pieces
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 400 g Greek yoghurt
  • raspberries, for garnishing
  • fresh chives, finely sliced, for ganishing (optional)
