  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt
  • 175 g fat-free plain yoghurt
  • 100 g frozen cranberries
  • semi-skimmed milk for brushing
  • 2 - 3 tsp orange freshly squeezed juice (see tip)
  • unsalted butter for serving
