  • 4 nori seaweed sheets
  • 200 g fresh salmon fillets, skinless shashimi grade, sliced (1 cm)
  • 2 Tbsp Japanese pickled ginger drained
  • 1 carrot cut in matchsticks
  • ½ avocado thinly sliced (2 mm)
