Ingredients

  • 100 g onions cut into pieces
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 150 g carrots cut into pieces
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 100 g spring onions cut into rings
  • 100 g peppers red and green, in bite-sized pieces
  • 500 g pork shoulder, boneless cut into pieces (approx. 2,5 x 2 cm)
  • 350 g potatoes in bite-sized pieces
  • 400 g water
  • 1 tsp lemon zest, grated
  • 1 tsp tarragon, dried
  • 1 tsp marjoram, dried
  • ½ - 1 tsp hot paprika
  • ½ tsp fine salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
    or 4 tbsp sour cream
