  • 500 g mixed vegetables (e.g. cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, red peppers), sliced (5 mm)
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt, or to taste
  • 1 - 2 tsp oyster sauce, to taste
    or soy sauce, to taste
