  • ½ garlic clove (optional)
  • 40 g freshly squeezed lime juice
    or 40 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt plus extra to taste
  • 1 pinch ground white pepper
  • 300 g water
  • 500 g large raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 - 2 limes sliced (2-3 mm)
    or 1 lemon sliced (2-3 mm)
  • 200 g fennel bulb sliced (1-2 mm)
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes halved
