  • 5 sheets phyllo dough

Hazelnut Filling

  • 4 ½ oz dark chocolate, chips or broken into pieces
    or 4 ½ oz milk chocolate, chips or broken into pieces
  • 4 ½ oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 ½ oz chocolate hazelnut spread (see Tip)

Assembly

  • 24 raspberries
  • fresh mint leaves, to garnish (optional)
  • 2 oz hazelnuts, toasted, chopped, to garnish (optional)
