Ingredients

  • 40 g Parmesan cheese cut into pieces (3 cm)
  • 1 sprig fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves only
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves only
  • 500 g kangaroo mince
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp harissa (see Tips)
  • 130 g brown onion cut into quarters
  • 50 g celery stalk cut into pieces (approx. 3 cm)
  • 140 g carrots cut into pieces (approx. 3 cm)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 400 g canned whole tomatoes
  • 100 g dried green lentils
  • 300 g water
  • 1 tsp Chicken stock paste (see Tips)
  • 60 g kale ribs removed and leaves cut into strips (approx. 1 cm)
