  • 1 brown onion cut into halves
  • 3 cm piece fresh ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 350 g water
  • 150 g green beans trimmed and cut into halves
  • 1 bunch broccolini cut into halves
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • 100 g fresh baby spinach
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 - 2 fresh long red chilli cut into slices, to serve
  • lemon juice to serve
