  • 80 g light brown sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod, seeds only (see tip)
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Sauce

  • 50 g raw cane sugar
  • 150 g orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 150 g mixed fresh berries (see tip)
  • 240 g Greek yoghurt, very cold, for serving
