- 1 tsp dulse flakes (optional)

- 20 g Parmesan cheese, cut into pieces (3 cm)
- 50 g mozzarella cheese, cut into slices
- 2 - 4 fresh tomatoes, cut into slices
- fresh thyme leaves, for garnishing
