- 100 g pouring (whipping) cream
- 150 g broccolini, trimmed and cut in half lengthways
- 200 g carrots, cut into slices
- 1 - 2 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
- lingonberry jam or cranberry sauce, to serve (see Tips)
