  • 2 tsp ginger paste

  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 10 oz firm tofu
  • ¼ bunch fresh cilantro leaves only, chopped, plus extra to garnish
  • 2 sprigs fresh basil leaves only, chopped, plus extra to garnish
