  • 1 Tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp cardamom seeds
  • 250 g onions quartered
  • 100 g ripe tomatoes peeled, quartered
  • 30 g fresh root ginger peeled, cut in round slices (2 mm)
  • 10 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 - 2 jalapeño chillies, fresh halved, deseeded, to taste
  • 1 ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 80 g plain yoghurt
  • 100 g coconut milk light
  • 850 g chicken breasts cut in pieces (3 cm)
  • 180 g long grain rice
