  • 125 g unsalted butter, cut into pieces, plus extra to grease
  • 130 g plain flour, plus extra to dust
  • 250 g water
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 5 eggs

Assembly

  • 200 g unsalted butter, softened and cut into pieces
  • 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 100 g Advocaat (egg liqueur) (see Tips)
  • icing sugar, to dust
