Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 ½ tsp gelatine powder
  • 150 g white chocolate broken into pieces
  • 100 g pouring (whipping) cream (see Tips)
  • 50 g pouring (whipping) cream
  • cocoa powder for dusting
