  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 10 g fresh ginger peeled and cut into pieces
  • ½ bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves only
  • 50 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10 g honey
  • ¾ tsp sea salt

  • 30 g Parmesan cheese or pecorino cheese
  • 5 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves only
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon peel only, no white pith
  • 450 g water
  • 450 g fresh green beans trimmed
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp roasted pine nuts
