  • ½ oz unsalted butter
  • 19 oz chicken stock
  • 3 ½ oz canned cannellini beans rinsed, drained
  • ½ - 1 oz pure maple syrup plus extra to garnish (optional)
  • 3 ½ oz half and half plus extra to garnish, to taste
  • mixed fresh herbs to garnish
  • 4 slices prosciutto oven dried, in pieces (see Tip) (optional)
