  • 2 - 4 tsp cornflour (starch)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 150 g scallops fresh, cut into cubes (1 cm)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 - 3 pinch ground white pepper
  • 150 g raw prawns, peeled cut into cubes (1 cm)
  • 2 egg whites beaten
  • 10 g celery stalks chopped, to garnish
