  • 1 oz brewed coffee
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 9 ½ oz all-purpose flour
  • 10 oz sugar
  • 1 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt

Chocolate Avocado Frosting

  • 10 oz ripe avocado flesh only, (approx. 2 avocados)
  • 3 ½ oz maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
