    or 110 g mozzarella, cut into pieces (3 cm)
  • 110 g Gruyère cheese, cut into pieces (3 cm)
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 sprigs fresh parsley, leaves only
  • ½ tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg (optional)

Assembly and frying

  • flour, for dusting
  • sunflower oil, for deep frying
