  • 1 pinch ground pepper

  • 200 g chorizo in one piece
  • 300 g kale cut in thin strips (1 mm)
  • 350 g sweet potato cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 250 g pumpkin cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 200 g onions cut in pieces
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 1 fresh red chilli cut in slices
  • 200 g tomatoes cut in pieces
  • 300 g canned butter beans drained
  • red chilli sauce (gindungo), for seasoning
