- 1 ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 ½ tsp garam masala (see Tips)
- 100 g natural yoghurt, plus extra for serving
- 250 g cauliflower, cut into small florets (1-2 cm)
- 140 g potatoes, cut into pieces (1.5 cm)
- 100 g carrots, cut into julienne
- 2 tsp salt
- 50 g frozen green peas
- 1000 g water
- 4 eggs
- fresh mint leaves, torn into pieces, for garnishing
- fried shallots, for garnishing
- roasted unsalted cashew nuts, for garnishing
