  • 115 g onion quartered
  • 1 garlic clove
  • non-stick spray oil
  • 450 g vegetable broth
  • salt to season, to taste
  • black pepper, ground to season, to taste
  • 340 g broccoli florets
    or 340 g mixed vegetables (e.g. carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
  • 450 g frozen green peas
  • 225 g whole milk to taste
