  • 10 oz uncooked pork breakfast sausages casings removed, crumbled or cut into pieces
  • 6 oz almond flour
  • 3 oz tapioca flour
  • 2 oz coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder paleo-approved (see Tip)
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp dried sage
  • maple syrup to brush
  • 12 - 24 fresh sage leaves to garnish (optional)
