    or 10 g óleo de coco
  • 4 c. sopa de vinagre de arroz
  • 100 g mistura de legumes e fruta (rabanete, cenoura, pepino, gengibre em vinagre, manga, etc.), p/ guarnecer
  • 100 g lombos de salmão s/ pele ou mistura, com atum e camarão
  • 1 c. sopa de sementes de sésamo tostadas p/ polvilhar (opcional)
  • Molho de soja q.b. p/ servir
