Ingredients

  • DODOL
  • 350g gula Melaka, cut in chunks (3 cm)
  • 150g gula merah/perang
  • 200g air
  • 2 helai daun pandan
  • 220g tepung pulut
  • 450g santan
  • 1 pinch garam
  • CUSTARD CREAMPUFF MA
  • 120g air  (1/2 cawan) + 60g tepung kastard (1/2 cawan)
  • 1 cawan susu full cream + 1 cawan air = 2 cawan  (480g )
  • 4 sudu besar gula (50g)
  • 3 sudu besar susu pekat (60g)
