Ingredients
- 3 - 4 garlic cloves
- 3 cm piece fresh turmeric, peeled

- 100 g fresh baby spinach leaves

- 150 g pouring (whipping) cream
- 2 - 3 sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only, chopped
