Did you know?

When removing the cutter, always make sure to remove the cutter shaft from the mixing bowl. Chocolate is not recommended for use with Grating mode. To create shavings, use a sharp knife or vegetable peeler. Alternatively, you can grate chocolate by using the Chop tool on your TM6.

Top Tips:

  • • Ensure the cutter disc is inserted with side 2 facing up. The light central hub needs to be facing upwards for grating.
  • • Grating in batches will ensure a better end result and avoid overflowing the cutter basket.
  • • To optimise your time, weigh all the ingredients before starting grating. Remember that the basket holds approximately 800 g grated fruits or vegetables.
  • • Fruits and vegetables should be ripe but firm to the touch.
