  • 100 g farinha, mais 1-2 c. de sopa
  • 4 dentes de alho
  • 7 - 8 pés de salsa, folhas e caule
  • 1 malagueta seca (optional)
  • 110 g azeite
  • 12 camarões grandes c/ casca
  • 120 g vinho branco
    or 120 g brandy
  • 650 g água
  • 4 - 8 g tinta de lulas congelada
  • 1 cubo de caldo de peixe
  • 70 g cebola cortada em pedaços (2-3 cm aprox.)
  • 70 g polpa de tomate
  • 350 g arroz carolino
  • 4 - 6 pimentos vermelhos em conserva cortados em tiras
  • 200 - 300 g óleo p/ fritar
