  • 1 ½ tbsp salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 ½ oz yellow onion, cut into pieces
  • 14 oz green tomatillos, cut in halves
  • 1 oz vegetable oil
  • 14 oz water
  • 8 chicken legs, skinless
  • cooked rice, to serve (see Tip)
