  • 60 g umeboshi, potong-potong
  • 1 sdm arak beras
  • 1 - 1 ½ sdm kecap asin, sesuai selera
  • 10 g siung bawang putih
  • 150 g air

Adonan Baozi

  • 60 g air
  • ½ sdt ragi kering
  • 20 g gula
  • 210 g tepung terigu serbaguna, tambahkan untuk taburan
  • ¼ sdt garam
  • 70 g susu
  • 1 sdt minyak sayur
