Adonan Krim Keju

  • 450 g keju krim (cream cheese), suhu ruang, potong kecil-kecil
  • 110 g gula
  • 110 g yoghurt plain
    or 110 g krim asam (sour cream)
  • 2 telur besar
  • 1 ½ sdt tepung tapioka
  • 1 sdt ekstrak vanila natural

Adonan Labu

  • 170 g minyak sayur
  • 170 g gula
  • 85 g gula cokelat
  • 3 telur besar
  • 140 g pure labu kuning, dalam kaleng
  • 1 ½ sdt soda kue
  • ½ sdt garam
  • 1 sdt bumbu pai labu (pumkin pie spice)
    or 1 sdt bumbu campur labu buatan sendiri (pumkin spice mix) (lihat Tip)
  • gula halus, untuk taburan
